Thanksgiving and the Law of Attraction

Thanksgiving is a day where we can take a few moments and start a new practice that can help us achieve and attract all of the many things we desire in our lives, be it a new and exciting relationship, a family, material items or a wonderful new career. Many of the people who teach Law of Attraction explain how being thankful, or appreciative can bring everything we are looking for...How does that work, exactly?

Wonderful quote from Abraham-Hicks

Photo by Payson Cooper. All rights reserved.

I thought I would share this wonderful quote from Abraham-Hicks (I receive their daily emails with a quote from a workshop - it is a highlight of my day).

"There's nothing tiny or insignificant. Everything is significant. And everything flows on the same basis of Laws. Whether you are looking at world events or something that's happening in your kitchen drawer, broad and important, or narrow and seemingly insignificant, there's potential for connection or disconnection in either case. And it is only the connection or the disconnection that is of really any importance."

Excerpted from a workshop in San Antonio, TX on Saturday, November 25th, 2000

It is such an amazing and profound statement. Meaning that each and every one of us, in each and every moment can be deeply and wholly connected to source - and that is of equivalent value to us and to our world regardless of the action we are doing. So if you ever find yourself thinking you need to 'do' more - for your life, for someone else s or for the world on a whole, take a moment to remember that it is your connection to source, in the moment that is of the utmost importance. Then, you will find yourself inspired to the action that will be the greatest for you.

Buzzing Meditation and progress?

With my daily mediation practice becoming more 'dedicated' I'm finding some very interesting things are occurring. Instead of blogging about them in 3 or 4 different places in full, I'm focusing on the details in one place and pointing to it from my other blogs. Meditating is a very 'personal' experience, not so much from the aspect of it being 'private', but more from the aspect of it being different for everyone, but there are some common experiences. I have heard about 'buzzing' from several different sources, but hadn't really experienced it myself until today. Click to read more about my buzzing and meditation experience.

Infectious Enthusiasm

Image by Payson Cooper. All rights reserved.

Just wanted to share this wonderful turn of phrase with you all. A customer and friend (Jerusha Steward of The Last Single Girl in the World) thanked me for sharing my 'infectious enthusiasm' with her via email today and I just loved the phrase. I think it pretty well describes real, deep, passionate enthusiasm. If you are anywhere near experiencing good feelings yourself you will find yourself caught up in it and traveling quickly toward better and more exciting thoughts. Of course, if you are feeling the opposite, it might just be annoying, but it's more fun to focus on carrying everyone along the way! :-)

Wonderful meditation experience

Image by Payson Cooper. All rights reserved.

I just blogged on my site about an meditation experience, and am thinking about writing much more and sharing the step by step process I am using to finally feel like I am achieving a 'real' meditation. It's taken years, many books and trying many things to finally find what is working for me. I don't think it needs to be that complicated either...and perhaps I can help people cut to the chase and have better meditation experiences right from the beginning. Click to read the short description of what is beginning to happen and what my meditation experience is right now.

PS - This amazing picture was taken in Scotland in December of 2005.

Phoenix...Yuma...San Diego

Photos by Payson Cooper. All rights reserved.

I posted on another blog a while back about a day when the word 'Yuma' came into my awareness about 6 times in the matter of a couple of hours or 1/2 a day. It was an 'A-Ha' moment for me. In listening to Abraham-Hicks' material over the last year+ I have heard them us the analogy of driving from Phoenix to San Diego on several occasions. The analogy basically says that Esther and Jerry used to drive from Phoenix to San Diego on a regular basis, they used a map and would drive through the desert and go past Yuma. If we associate that drive with our path to manifestation of something that we desire, Phoenix would be the beginning of the desire and San Diego would be the manifestation of it. Yuma would be a point somewhere in the middle, where we might not know exactly where we are, we might not be seeing any signs of 'San Diego' (manifestation), but that doesn't mean we have not made progress on our journey.

It seems that by 'taking stock' of where we are during a manifestational journey, as though looking around in 'Yuma' and saying, "Hmm. Nothing here looks like San Diego. What's going on? Why am I not there yet?" can cause us to mistakenly turn around and go back to Phoenix - our thinking about 'not' getting where we want to go is like going back and forth between Phoenix and Yuma, never reaching our final destination because we can see signs of it on the way.

So, the day that I found 'Yuma' intertwined with my awareness it occurred to me that the universe was letting me know that I'm in 'Yuma'! I'm on my way and I don't need to worry, just trust the path and let it lead me. Then, a short time later, I quite literally found my self in San Diego! The concept was not lost on me. :-) (San Deigo was my trip to Joe Vitale's Miracles weekend - where I also had the chance to share my jewelry - specifically the Expect Miracles Jewelry and the Ho'oponopono Jewelry.)

So, in celebration of 'arriving' in San Diego - here are a few images of the lovely beaches there - and the view from my friend's balcony.

Enjoy the journey - it's 90% of the fun!

One of the Contest Winners!

One of my most recent passions has been building relationships and playing on the social networking site Plurk. (If you haven't checked it out, please do - you can see my page here: PaysonJewelry). A couple of months ago on a Saturday afternoon I felt inspired to create jewelry from the Plurk Buddy critters that you can choose to adorn your plurk pages. After receiving permission from the company, I started sharing the Plurk Buddy Jewelry collection on Etsy.com. And, about 2 weeks ago Plurk announced they were running a contest for most creative items created and inspired by plurk. Well - one of my jewelry buddies won! Joe Vitale's Miracles Weekend

Photo property of Payson Cooper. All rights reserved.
Click to see details on the Expect Miracles Bracelet.

This weekend I will be traveling to San Diego to attend Joe Vitale's Miracles Weekend. I'm very exciting, I was introduced to Joe via other teachers about 2 or 3 years ago and had the chance to meet him earlier this year. His events are generally small (about 100 people or so), which is different than the ones I generally attend with 500-1500. This coming weekend is all about allowing miracles into your life - all the ones that are knocking at your door and you unknowingly are refusing in. I can't wait!

Last year I created the Transformational Jewelry collection to aid people in transforming their lives. One of the groupings launched with the collection was the Expect Miracles Jewelry group. If you would like to see the Expect Miracles Bracelet, Expect Miracles Ring or Expect Miracles Necklace feel free to visit www.transformationaljewelry.com. Use the jewelry to help you focus on allowing miracles into your life every day.

Also, we do many custom jewelry designs with and for clients, so if you have something special in mind, we can help you create it.

Making Decisions

Photo by Payson Cooper. All right reserved.

Sharing another Abraham-Hicks quote - this one is about making decisions. It's amazing how difficult it can be sometimes to make decisions, worrying about all the possible effects and ramifications, when, really, all we need to do is make the decision, then make it right - for ourselves.

"Make a decision and then make the decision right. Line up your Energy with it. In most cases it doesn't really matter what you decide. Just decide. There are endless options that would serve you enormously well, and all or any one of them is better than no decision."

Excerpted from a workshop in Orlando, FL on Saturday, February 21st, 1998

Abraham-Hicks presents the concept that our experience has only one flow - a flow of well-being and abundance. Our only choice is to either resist or allow. I have started a series of jewelry to help support me in remembering to 'go with the flow' and allow the well-being and abundance that are my birthright into my life. Check out the Wellbeing and Abundance necklace at www.transformationaljewelry.com. :-)

The Work

Photo by Payson Cooper. All Rights Reserved.

Have you ever heard of The Work by Byron Katie? It's a phenomenal tool that just about anyone can use, in the privacy of their own home, to move out of 'stuck' thoughts and into a healthier, happier place.

The Work has made a huge difference in my life at various points (my challenge is remembering to use it!) as well as for several of my friends. One of my friends said it was the most powerful, potent and life changing process she has ever learned.

Byron Katie spiraled down to the absolute depths emotionally, to the point of loosing everything - family, home, relationship. She reached the very end of her rope and suddenly found something that began to help her resolve and release the thought patterns that were keeping her locked in the downward cycle. Check out her story - they will even send you a mini-booklet with the basic exercise for freee, or you can download it here.

Namaste Bracelets

Photo by Payson Cooper. All rights reserved.

With the help of a very smart customer we added the Namaste Bracelet to the collection at www.transformationaljewelry.com. Translating the design of the namaste ring and namaste necklace into a namaste bracelet was a failry logical choice, and it's a good thing that we did as it's becoming one of our more popular items, so we thought we'd share it with all of you.

The phrase Namaste has many definitions, which sometimes depend on where you are. One of which we share on our website here. Another common translation is "may you live long." It is becoming a more popular phrase in Western society as people embrace the teachings of yoga and look to balance their minds, bodies and spirits.

Enjoy, and Namaste!

Focusing on Allowing

Photo by Payson Cooper. All rights reserved.

The last few weeks I have been focusing more and more on allowing wellness into my body and my experience. I am becoming more aware that wellness is the natural state of things and my experiences of non-wellness are purely my resistance to that 'stream'. This is another Abraham-Hicks concept, but something that I am beginning to feel like I am comprehending and embodying, versus just 'understanding' intellectually. In the last week alone my flexibility has increased dramatically, and I really do attribute it to this new focus/mind set. It's very exciting to know that I am in charge!

Can't seem to stop posting Abraham-Hicks quotes - they're so wonderful!

Photo by Payson Cooper. All Rights Reserved.

Here is another Abraham-Hicks quote - again from the book that is about to be released. This is so uplifting to me, makes me feel powerful and wonderful!

I Can Earn Money By Doing What I Love to Do. . .

As you practice your more positive, better-feeling story, in time your pleasure will become the dominant vibration within you, and then as you couple your pleasure with your means of earning, the two will blend perfectly and enhance each other.

There is no better way to earn money than to do the things that you love to do. Money can flow into your experience through endless avenues. It is not the choice of the craft that limits the money that flows—but only your attitude toward money.

On August 12th, "Money and the Law of Attraction: Learning to Attract Wealth, Health, and Happiness" will be available in stores. On August 13th, we’ll resume our standard Daily Quotations.

So, I have come to the conclusion that it would be most useful to quit complaining. :-) Not too easy, but very helpful. I made a decision this morning, and so far it's gone pretty well. Had one moment this morning when I was very uncomfortable and lost it momentarily, but was quickly back on track. This could be a life-altering experience. Let's hope so!

I Can Transform My Own World for Me. . .

"Make lists of positive aspects. Make lists of things you love—and never complain about anything. And as you use those things that shine bright and make you feel good as your excuse to give your attention and be who-you-are, you will tune to who-you-are, and the whole world will begin to transform before your eyes. It is not your job to transform the world for others—but it is your job to transform it for you. A state of appreciation is pure Connection to Source where there is no perception of lack."

Another wonderful quote from Abraham-Hicks. It's an amazing thing, but when I have followed these seemingly simple and easy instructions, my life has become incredible. And, when I forget, things become challenging, mundane, overwhelming etc.

I think that 'not complaining' is in the plan for today, and tomorrow and the next too - practicing until I've learned to re-orient my thought processes and transform my life.

We Are Each Responsible for the Thoughts We Think. . .

Photograph by Payson Cooper, all copyrights reserved.

"When you are in alignment with who-you-really-are, you cannot help but uplift those with whom you come into contact. Your value to those around you hinges upon only one thing: your personal alignment with Source. And the only thing you have to give to another is an example of that alignment—which they may observe, then desire, and then work to achieve—but you cannot give it to them. Everyone is responsible for the thoughts they think and the things that they choose as their objects of attention."

Another amazing and wonderful quote from Abraham-Hicks. This one speaks deeply to me, for I still carry the belief that to do something for someone else is more important and better than doing it for myself. This leads me into a conflicting place quite frequently, as the only perspective I can know is my own, and the only motivation that I ever really have it to feel good myself (as is true of all of us). Having things phrased in this way, "Your value to those around you hinges upon only one thing: your personal alignment with Source," creates the opportunity for me to do it both to feel better, AND for others. And, the little voices in my head that are less-kind to me than I would be to anyone, are happy (and they are, daily, losing ground as well!).

I quit complaining!

Rather Than Complaining, I'll Focus On Positive Aspects. . .

When you focus upon lack in an attitude of complaining, you establish a vibrational point of attraction that then gives you access only to more thoughts of complaint. Your deliberate effort to tell a new story will establish a new pattern of thought, providing you with a new point of attraction from your present, about your past, and into your future. The simple effort of looking for positive aspects will set a new vibrational tone that will begin the immediate attraction of thoughts, people, circumstances, and things that are pleasing to you.

Above is another of a series of powerful quotes from Abraham’s newest book, Money and the Law of Attraction… Learning to Attract Wealth, Health and Happiness. It will be available for worldwide delivery on August 12, 2008. .

If you would like to pre-order your copy now, click here

I actually did an experiment last week where I decided not to complain for a whole day - I think it was barely an hour before I had typed something into Plurk (an online social/networking website) that, if it wasn't complaining, was very close. It's amazing how we don't even realize all the little things that are part of our daily output into the world. I am committed to changing this for myself, and I challenge anyone who's willing to do the same - just try it for a day - you'll be amazed at how difficult it can be! :-)

The Physical Me Is Materialized Spirit. . .

Some say that you should not want money at all because the desire for money is materialistic and not Spiritual. But we want you to remember that you are here in this very physical world where Spirit has materialized. You cannot separate yourself from the aspect of yourself that is Spiritual, and while you are here in these bodies, you cannot separate yourselves from that which is physical or material. All of the magnificent things of a physical nature that are surrounding you are Spiritual in nature.

Above is another of a series of powerful quotes that we plan to email to you from Abraham’s newest (and we think greatest) book, Money and the Law of Attraction… Learning to Attract Wealth, Health and Happiness. It will be available for worldwide delivery on August 12, 2008. Please enjoy this powerful quote and watch for more.

Well-Being and Abundance

The inspiration I have drawn from Abraham-Hicks has been tremendous. To remind myself of the eternal truths and teachings I'm finding there I created this necklace, representing the eternal stream of well-being and abundance that is flowing in and through our lives. There is only one stream in the universe - the stream of abundance and well-being - we are either resisting that stream or allowing that stream. Using powerful words and phrases like this is helping me to use the Law of Attraction to transform my life.

Transformation in New York City

I was walking home last night - across town through Central Park. When I came out on East85th St and headed toward Madison Ave I saw what is pictured here. It is an awesome sight - the quantity of trash produced in this town...as I walked block after block each one looked basically the same as this. What really struck me here though - is that it was more than 2/3rds recycling! A round of applause for NYC and New Yorkers!

While it is likely that there is only one recycling pick up per week, and there are probably two or more garbage pickups I was still impressed. Block after block every pile - large or small - was more than 2/3rds recycling. The clear bags and blue bags are recyclable plastic, metal and glass - paper, magazines and boxes are stacked and tied separately. Only the black bags are 'trash'. It's quite a beautiful sight really.

In this picture there is so much recycling you can't even see the black trash bags - which are all the way to the left and partially hidden by the cut-off car. The first picture and this one are of the same piles - the middle picture is a different/smaller building's pile.

Physical Transformation

Right now my life is focused on transformation of every sort - psychological, spiritual, physical - money related, business related, body related...so I thought I would mention that the past Monday (June 23, 2008) I started a new program to help transform my body. I've struggled with my weight, as have so many, for years - the first time I remember thinking I was overweight I was only 13 years old. That kind of consistent thinking will certainly attract what you are focusing on - so I have successfully created a body larger than I would prefer. I've been working on adjusting that thinking over the last 6 months, and finally felt inspired to try something new. A friend of mine has been involved with a company that provides nutritional support for cleansing and weight loss and she'd been trying to get me to consider the program for about a year. I finally made a decision, I started this week and I'm blogging daily. If you are interested in following that blog, click SkinnyChicPFC.

Abraham-Hicks New Book

I loved today's quote so I thought I would post it here - it's from the new book that will be released in August - I've pre-ordered my copy - both audio and paper! :-) YIPEE!

I Want to Harmonize with My Desire. . .

Anytime you feel negative emotion, stop and say: Something is important here; otherwise, I would not be feeling this negative emotion. What is it that I want? And then simply turn your attention to what you do want. . . . In the moment you turn your attention to what you want, the negative attraction will stop; and in the moment the negative attraction stops, the positive attraction will begin. And—in that moment—your feeling will change from not feeling good to feeling good. That is the Process of Pivoting.

Singing, Art and Joy

I'm finding that singing brings me into the most incredible space. :-) It's one of those things that I believe we can all do, but many of us give up early due to some negative criticism or meanness. It's like drawing - I think we can all do it as well, but it requires learning certain skills - which are no longer taught in school. There are, of course, people born with natural talent and affinity to certain skills, but that doesn't mean anyone can't become proficient - if I wanted to be a gymnast it would require a huge amount of work and training, but I could do it, probably not to gold medal standards, but with practice and dedication it could be done.

Some proof of the idea that anyone can learn to draw: the pictures below were taken of work I did at through a 1 week drawing intensive (Drawing on the Right Side of the Brain). Everyone in the class had similar improvements - some started with a little less skill than me, some with a bit more.

Maybe not exactly 'transformative'...

I just have to share this - found it posted by 'bloggersblog' on Plurk (www.plurk.com). (I am now twittering at www.twitter.com and plurking at Plurk.com. :-) )

And, I suppose, as it created much laughter for me, it is transformative - as I believe joy and happiness are - so enjoy a chuckle as you watch this. In my opinion it was definitely worth the 5 minutes.

A little too much Green?

Here are some images of a building on 86th St in New York City. I was walking past the building yesterday afternoon as this 'decorative' facade was being completed. My only thought, "How in the world will they maintain that?"

Yes, it's on the side of a building. Yes, they are REAL plants (in a few places you can see the dirt). Should be interesting to watch how this changes over time. Quite an adventurous design if you ask me! :-)

The guy in the pics is on an 8 or 10Foot ladder - obviously they needed bigger than that - or possibly a scaffolding to do the upper portions.

I'll try to remember to take more images and post them as time goes by. (Don't you just LOVE camera's in your cell phone?)

A beautiful poem

This poem is by Aracelis Girmay , from her book 'Teeth'. Enjoy.

FOR ESTEFANI LORA, THIRD GRADE, WHO MADE ME A CARD
for Estefani Lora, PS 132, Washington Heights

*
Elephant on an orange line, underneath a yellow circle
meaning sun.
6 green, vertical lines, with color all from the top
meaning flowers.

*
The first time I peel back the 5 squares of Scotch tape,
unfold the crooked-crease fold of art class paper,
I am in my living room.

It is June.
Inside of the card, there is one long word, & then
Estefani’s name:

Loisfoeribari

Estefani Lora

*
Loisfoeribari?

*
Loisfoeribari: The scientific, Latinate way of saying hibiscus.

*
Loisforeribari: A direction, as in: Are you going
North? South? East? West? Loisfoeribari?

*
I try, over & over, to read the word out loud.
Loisfoeribari. LoISFOeribari.
LoiSFOEribari. LoisFOERibARI.

*
What is this word?

I imagine using it in sentences like,

“Man, I have to go back to the house,
I forgot my Loisfoeribari.”

or

“There’s nothing better than rain, hot rain,
open windows with music, & a tall glass
of Loisfoeribari.”

or

“How are we getting to Pittsburgh?
Should we drive or take the Loisfoeribari?”

*
I have lived 4 minutes with this word not knowing
what it means.

*
It is the end of the year. I consider writing my student,
Estefani Lora, a letter that goes:

To The BRILLIANT Estefani Lora!

Hola, querida, I hope that you are well. I’ve just opened the card that you made me, and it is beautiful. I really love the way you filled the sky with birds. I believe that you are chula, chulita, and super fly! Yes, the card is beautiful. I only have one question for you. What does the word ‘Loisfoeribari’ mean?

*
I try the word again.
Loisfoeribari.
Loisfoeribari.
Loisfoeribari.

*
I try the word in Spanish.
Loisfoeribari
Lo-ees-fo-eh-dee-bah-dee
Lo-ees-fo-eh-dee-bah-dee

& then, slowly,

Lo is fo e ri bari
Lo is fo eribari

*
love is for everybody
love is for every every body love
love love everybody love
everybody love love
is love everybody
everybody is love
love love for love
for everybody
for love is everybody
love is forevery
love is forevery body
love love love for body
love body body is love
love is body every body is love
is every love
for every love is love
for love everybody love love
love love for everybody
loveisforeverybody

Wonderful Quote

I'm sure I've said it a thousand times - and I'll probably say it a thousand more... :-)
I am a HUGE fan of Abraham-Hicks! I was listening to their Orlando, FL April 5, 2008 event and hear this wonderful quote:

“Now has the potential of so much good, what difference does it make what you are doing to experience the good from? And, when you get that there will be good everywhere you stand. See the difference? No lack, no shortage, no absence of ‘wanted’.”

Talk about your life-altering moments. My focus today: to find the good feeling in this moment, and the next, and the next...

I am also working on a new piece of jewelry incorporating some of the words/concepts from Abraham-Hicks materials. It will be up soon at www.transformationaljewelry.com. In the meantime, come and visit to see the other wonderful, uplifting pieces that we have. :-)

Inspiration

Felt truly inspired over the last two days to do things I have been wanting to do for a while. I can really see the value in waiting for the moment of 'inspired action'. It's so much easier to do everything/anything when you want to instead of feeling like you 'have' to!

I have been wanting to begin playing with social networking online - having created a myspace page (http://www.myspace.com/paysonjewelry), a facebook page, adding to my connections on LinkedIn (http://www.linkedin.com/in/paysoncooper) - connecting with a few people, but not really knowing the next steps. Well, the last two days have opened it up for me a bit - I've gotten onto twitter (you can find me with the username: paysonjewelry), played more on facebook, and looked into a few other options. I'm also on a great new site called 'powerful intentions - check out my page at http://www.powerfulintentions.org/profile/TransformationalJewelry

There are some wonderful resources there.

Ooooo - experimenting with a facebook badge...let's see if it works:

Went for a long and wonderful walk in Central Park yesterday and as I was walking I was listening to a recent Abraham-Hicks workshop recording and thinking about the Law of Attraction. I had a great and simple experience with it this past weekend...

After the event in Austin my parents and I stayed on for a couple of days - I had originally planned to spend it getting to know a few people, but all the plans shifted at the last minute. I ended up spending the day with my parents - which was perfect! We followed a recommendation of some friends of theirs to visit a macrobiotic restaurant in Austin - it was excellent! And, right next door was a Chuy's - I hadn't eaten in a Chuy's for about 10 years (went to one in Houston with my bf) - and I REALLY wanted to go. I didn't dwell on it, just kind of focused for a moment on the desire and let it go.

Well, that evening I met up with a friend and her husband and they took me to dinner at what they described as a 'fun Mexican place' - I never said anything to her - guess where they took me? YUP! Chuys! A different one from the one we had been near, but I thought it was a perfect example of LOA at work. :-) I focused intently for a moment, then released and completely enjoyed the rest of my afternoon with my parents - allowing the universe to do it's thing.

Happy Attracting!

Meditation Experience

Meditation is something that I have explored at various points in my life with varying degrees of success. Right now I am working with a private practitioner (I didn't even know it was possible before I started) - she's an amazing woman trained in Ayurveda, yoga, Tibetan Buddhism and many other sciences, modalities and methods of thought. The experiences have been excellent so far - she does some hands on work to help flow energy through the channels in my body while I am focusing on my breathing - the sessions we have together tend to be far deeper and much more intense than when I practice at home.

One of my goals right now is to begin to do a yoga session (short is ok - mainly because throughout my life I have set up very 'BIG' ideas of exercise goals and within a few days fail to maintain it), followed by a 15-20 minute meditation session. My commitment for the yoga portion is to do at least 5 minutes of whatever feels right for the day.

So, today was very successful - I did a few postures (tree, warrior, downward facing dog and a few others) holding for a little longer than was 'easy', then laid down and set myself up for the meditation. I did about 15 minutes when my cellphone rang in the other room and basically completely distracted me (it was a wrong number too...go figure).

What I noticed in the meditation today was that very quickly my ears started to feel a bit tingly - which happens to me when I start to become relaxed and focused. It spread pretty quickly to my upper and lower lips, my arms, then legs. I felt very good staying there and noticing my breathing and how my body felt. At one point I realized my mind was wandering onto specific subjects and I found myself being a little hard on myself about not being able to 'suspend' thought or stop it - it was a few seconds before I remembered that, for the most part, meditation is not about stopping thought - it's about releasing thought. Our minds are built to think, it's what they do. Meditation is to help us become free of attachment to those thoughts - become the 'witness' as they say in many traditions.

A wonderful start to an amazing day!

Transformational Life

Transforming my life.

My goal over the last few years has been to create the life of my dreams. :-)

Sometime ago I realized that my life is right now - there is no waiting for it to happen - it is happening. I know it sounds a little obvious, but it's one of those things that I just sort of 'woke up' to.

I also realized that life is never static. So, now my life is focused on finding and utilizing tools that can help me to continually transform, growing and becoming, creating a joyous and wonderful life.

Stay tuned for tidbits and information regarding my experiences with various tools, programs, books and ideas.
